Allison Carroll is a Residential Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage Corporation. She entered lending in 2006 and specializes in purchase and refinance loans on primary residences, second homes, and investment properties throughout California. Allison graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish after studying for two years at Sonoma State University and two years at the Universidad Complutense de Mad
rid, Spain. After teaching English for a year in Madrid, she returned to California to attend California State University, Stanislaus. Allison earned a Master’s Degree in English with a dual concentration in Rhetoric and the Teaching of Writing and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She taught Composition at both CSU, Stanislaus and Modesto Junior College before she decided to go into lending. Allison is a member of The Oakdale Council of CVAR, BNI Oakdale Founders, The Oakdale Chamber of Commerce, The Central Valley Association of Realtors, and Phi Kappa Phi.
