We're Hiring an Account Manager — Work From Home! 🏡📞
Do you have your Tennessee Property & Casualty (P&C) license? We'd love to talk to you!
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and driven Account Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position — you can work from anywhere in the U.S., you just need to hold an active TN P&C license.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, help clients through their policy renewals, and build lasting relationships over the phone. If you love connecting with people and staying on top of details, this could be a great fit for you.
What you'll be doing:
📋 Managing renewals and client outreach
📞 Making outbound calls to check in with clients and answer questions
💬 Keeping track of client notes and follow-ups
🤝 Building long-term relationships with our clients
What we're looking for:
✅ Active Tennessee P&C insurance license (required — you don't have to live in TN!)
✅ Experience in insurance, customer service, or account management is a plus
✅ Comfortable talking on the phone and staying organized
✅ Self-motivated and reliable working from home
