In addition to securing our mortgage and closing exactly on time, she stepped up as the primary communications liaison between the seller, attorneys, and realtors. When communication from other parties was lacking, Megan proactively advocated for us. She asked us the right questions to ensure we fully understood not just our loan, but the entire home-buying process.
Her attention to detail was incredible—she thoroughly understood our contract and perfectly timed the appraisal after our inspections were complete. Thanks to her efficiency, we were clear to close an entire month early! Megan was highly responsive to texts, calls, and emails every single day. You simply cannot get this level of personalized, dedicated service from a big bank or online lender. She was even present with us at closing, which meant the world.
