He then started to learn more about mortgage loans on a part-time basis in 1990, and received his first award for being a top mortgage producer of his company in 1993. Suren has been the top producer

each year at every company he has worked for, including the last 12 years at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. He has also been recognized by mortgage executives at Scotsman Guide for being a top originator several times over
the years. Suren has clients and business partners throughout the city and suburbs, and has financed many homes in Illinois as
well as other states. Since the start of his mortgage career, Suren has funded over 2.8 billion and received several awards over the years for his outstanding sales and service to his many clients. Suren lives by the motto that if you treat the customer well, more will come. That is a true testament of his business ideals, as his clients display their confidence in him by consistently sending Suren referrals. coordinator at a nursing home, his daughter Lina, MBA and senior business analyst at a company in Chicago, his son Chintan,
who is a Spine Surgeon at Parkview Orthopedics Institute in Joliet, and his daughter-in-law Sonia, who has her doctorate
in psychology. He also enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, Siona and Nathan.
