✨ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ✨
Today we want to shine the spotlight on Brittany Knight! She joined Farley Insurance a little over a year ago, and she has excelled at everything we have tossed her way! Brittany worked as a personal lines agent for a few months before transitioning into her new roll as a commercial lines agent in our Murphy, NC office. Brittany is smart and always willing to lend a hand to her coworkers. We can't say enough about her dedication to our team and clients!
Brittany has four beautiful children. So, after she clocks out at the office, her afternoons are filled with exciting activities with her kids such as dance, tumbling, and karate! Brittany is also currently working on a degree in Psychology because she is interest in human behavior. When she is able to carve out some free time, Brittany enjoys reading books and working on crochet projects.
When ask why she enjoys working in insurance she said, "What I enjoy most about working in insurance, especially at Farley, is being able to slow things down and treat people like people – not just policies. Insurance can feel confusing and overwhelming, and I like being someone who can walk them through it, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident in what they have. At the end of the day, it’s about knowing our people are taken care of – and that’s the part of the job that really matters to me."
