We’re eager to share that the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced 2024 conforming loan limits for Fannie Mae® and Freddie Mac® mortgages! The limit will be $766,550 and is an increase of 5.5% compared to the current limit of $726,200. In addition, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) announced 2024 mortgage limits – the new baseline limit on an FHA loan will be $498,257 for a one-unit dwelling. Contact me today to learn more.
