I probably called him fifteen or twenty times with different questions or scenarios to run by him and he was quick to provide competent feedback about everything. He really made the process very simple and he beat four other banks, including a credit union, where I was pricing loan options. It's a no-brainer to use ACM when you have a loan officer like Justin in your corner.
