Today, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) finalized a rule to ban the inclusion of medical bills on credit reports used by lenders and prohibit lenders from using medical information in their lending decisions.

On August 5, 2023, our community faced a devastating event. A fire broke out at Glass Creek Apartments in Mt. Juliet, believed to be caused by a lightning strike. While our brave firefighters were battling the blaze, a sudden collapse trapped three of them. Two managed to escape unscathed, but one firefighter was critically injured. This courageous individual was rushed to Summit ER and later transferred to TriStar Skyline Medical Center due to the severity of his injuries.

We're hosting this Benefit Mini-Golf Tournament to raise funds that will go directly to aiding his recovery and supporting his family. We are actively looking for players and sponsors to make this event a success. Your participation and donations can make a real difference.
