Congratulations to Janie Moore Beach. Let me share something about this remarkable young woman. She was working in a factory, saw all these guys around her working maintenance and not on a line, making more money than she was, and she was doing more labor - so she said, not anymore!! Not only did she get her technical degree from TCAT to start her career in maintenance but she is an electrician! If she doesn’t know how to do it, she learns! She’s the definition of hustler who outworks everyone around her!

She bought her little house a few years ago, built some equity and sold it today, to buy a home nearly double the size and with a couple acres at that!

This one took us since February to work out all the kinks but now her and her three kids have a new chapter and I’m so extremely proud of her!!

Resilience and trust! That’s what this deal was all about!! My buyers hit wall after wall with this purchase.
It was an estate with five sellers, there were some last minute home issues and then some lock issues after closing lol!

But you know what, not only were they resilient but when I said “don’t worry, I can work around this” they trusted that! That kind of trust from clients is hard to find and truly appreciated! Not to mention I had a great team behind me! And the buyers made things happen to make this happen as well,
