Supporting organizations like Own It: Building Black Wealth means supporting stronger communities and more pathways to homeownership.
As an Agency Ambassador, we are proud to support Own It’s mission of increasing generational wealth in communities through homeownership and education.
Giovanna Kimball, Mortgage Loan Officer at Lake Ridge Bank, is an Ambassador and supports Own It’s mission by pledging a portion of every commission to the Own It Down Payment Fund, helping more families in the Greater Madison Area achieve homeownership.
“This work goes beyond homeownership – it’s about creating generational wealth, opportunity, and equity for Black and brown families in our community. While downpayment funds are the goal, Own It strengthens the journey through education and support before, during and after homeownership. As an ambassador and committee member, I’m proud to be part of something that is changing lives and creating lasting impact for local families.”
