This World Mental Health Day, we're proud to support the important work of the WEA Member Benefits Foundation and its school partners as they help expand access to school-based mental health programs across Wisconsin.

Behind every grant is a student who feels more supported, a school better equipped to help, and a community strengthened by care and connection.

On World Mental Health Day, we're celebrating the impact of school-based mental health programs and the educators, counselors, and school staff who help make that impact possible every day.

The conversation around mental health is changing, and that's a good thing. Together, we're helping reduce stigma, expand support, and remind students that they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. 💚

Our team was at Wisconsin Dells High School this week to surprise Brittany Vanderbilt, another member of our 2026-2027 class of Outstanding Educators! 🎉

Brittany will be recognized on the court at the Wisconsin Volleyball game on October 23. If you’re at the Field House that night, be sure to make some noise and cheer loud! 🏐 ✨

Congrats to 7-12 grade FACS teacher Brittany Vanderbilt for being nominated and selected as an Outstanding Educator through WEA Member Benefits' partnership with Wisconsin Athletics.

Brittany will be recognized on the court during an upcoming Badger volleyball game! Thanks WEA Member Benefits for coming to WDHS to surprise her!

To recognize Hunger Action Month, our team came together for a friendly food collection challenge and donated an incredible 728 pounds of food to support families in our community through WayForward Resources. 🍎🥫
