🚨 THE FED HIT PAUSE. What does that mean if you’re buying a home?

Yesterday, the Fed left its benchmark rate unchanged. But that does not mean mortgage rates stop moving!

My advice? Focus on a payment you’re comfortable with today. Nobody can promise when rates will come down....Take advantage of the negotiations happening in real estate transactions today.
