We practice what we preach. When you set goals, set big ones. Write them out. Keep them visible. Hold yourself accountable.

2 years ago we wrote out that we wanted to establish a consistent presence in Kankakee and Iroquois Counties. In the sub-notes we put that we wanted to be in the Top 3 of purchase mortgage originations in those counties.

We can officially check those goals off the list today, David Milton David Milton at Novus Home Mortgage - NMLS #1846925 was awarded the KIFAR Affiliate of the Year Award and we’ve spent 20 months between #1- #3 in purchase originations in Kankakee County.
