We’ve been getting a lot of calls lately to bond people out with charges of “failure to appear”. Usually, we don’t deal with these cases because they indicate a pattern of missing court dates. A bail bond is like insurance for the court, promising that the person will be there for all court dates. If you don’t show up, we need to find you and make sure you’re in court. It makes things easier and cheaper for everyone if you just keep up with ALL your court dates!
