Programs such as the Member Impact Fund help local organizations like Homeword respond to the growing housing challenges we see today. Thanks to our partnership with the FHLB Des Moines, we are able to support Homeword in their efforts to create and preserve affordable homes while expanding access to homebuyer education, financial counseling and resources that support housing stability for Montanans.

In partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, we are pleased to announce that 11 Montana organizations were chosen to receive affordable housing and community development grants to help Montana families find a safe and affordable place to call home. The grants, totaling $685,942 dollars, were made possible through FHLB Des Moines’ Member Impact Fund.
