We have been made aware of fraudulent activities where individuals are impersonating our agents and contacting our clients under false pretenses. These scammers are demanding additional payments and threatening legal consequences if these demands are not met.
Please be informed that Bad Boy Bail Bonds does not make unsolicited calls to request extra payments once your bail has been posted. Any such calls are fraudulent and should be treated with utmost caution.
If you receive a call like this, please do the following immediately:
Do not provide any personal information or agree to make payments.
Ask for the caller’s name, the phone number they are calling from, and a method by which you can return the call.
