WHEN DISASTER STRIKES, HELP COMES FROM NEAR AND FAR. 💙

In the aftermath of Hurricane Isaias, we've witnessed something truly special: people from across Florida and so many states throughout the country coming together to help Santa Rosa County recover.

From first responders and law enforcement officers to the power linemen working long hours to restore electricity, utility crews, disaster relief organizations, local churches and ministries, volunteers, and neighbors helping neighbors — thank you.

Some have traveled many miles to lend a hand. Others have worked around the clock right here at home. Many have left their own families behind to help ours. Every effort, every act of kindness, and every helping hand makes a difference.

We're grateful to everyone who has answered the call, shown up for our community, and reminded us what it means to stand together in difficult times.

No matter where you come from, when you show up to help your neighbors, you become part of the community.

Our midnight shift welcomed some extra help from the Polk County Sheriff's Office as recovery efforts continue across Santa Rosa County.

Like so many in our community, our deputies have homes and families impacted by Hurricane Isaias. Having Polk County deputies here has provided an opportunity for our team to get home, check on their properties, be with their families, and catch up on some much-needed rest.

We can’t thank Sheriff Grady Judd and the men and women of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office enough for answering the call.

When one community needs help, another steps up. That’s what it’s all about. 💚💛

Our Pace and Milton branches are OPEN today, Tuesday, October 13, during normal business hours.

Our Midway and Jay branches remain closed while we await power restoration. We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information about reopening.

In observance of Columbus Day, all SRCFCU branch locations will be closed on Monday, October 12th.

Members can continue to access their accounts anytime through our Online Banking and mobile app, available 24 hours a day, as well as through our ATMs.

We look forward to serving you again when we resume normal business hours on Tuesday, October 13th.

BRANCH CLOSURE UPDATE:

Due to Hurricane Isaias, all SRCFCU branch locations will be CLOSED all day tomorrow, Friday, October 9.

Today, Thursday, October 8, we are OPEN during our regular hours to help assist our members:
◾️️Lobby closes at 4:30 PM
◾️️Drive-thru closes at 5:00 PM

We will also be CLOSED Monday, October 12, in observance of Columbus Day, and will reopen Tuesday, October 13.

💳 Our ATMs will remain available for cash withdrawals while our branches are closed. You can also continue to access your accounts through Online Banking and our mobile app.

Supporting the teachers of T.R. Jackson Pre-K Center! ❤️💙

We were honored to provide some SRCFCU swag for the teachers and staff at TR Jackson Pre-K Center as a small way to say thank you for all they do for the children and families in our community.

With approximately 65 teachers and staff members working each day to support their students, these dedicated educators make a difference in the lives of so many local families. We’re grateful for the opportunity to show our appreciation and remind them that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. 🍎📚
