Jessica took the time to educate me and make sure I truly understood the loan process, while also guiding me through every step along the way. She was extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, consistent and transparent with the numbers. She always took the time to call me personally and provide thorough updates, explain any changes, and answer all of my questions.
What stood out to me the most was how much she advocated for me. She made sure the numbers made sense for my situation and that the loan I was taking on was financially reasonable. I always felt that she had my best interests in mind rather than simply trying to close the loan.
The process was not always simple, but having Jessica by my side made a huge difference. I truly appreciate her patience, expertise, communication, and dedication throughout the entire experience. I am so grateful she was my loan officer and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with such an important financial decision.
