She always got back to me about any questions I had. She worked quickly to show me different numbers and scenarios too. I am extremely grateful I found her when I was searching around for a loan officer and that she was able to walk me through the process, I couldn't have imagined going with anybody else after the first phone call and will most definitely be going with Patience again in the future if I ever want to refi or am looking at a new house.
