Got a call last week from Zach, had a buyer that was going to lose this beautiful home on 26+ acres because lender they were using ran him in circles for over 50 days. They were on the second and last contract extension with 8 days left to get this thing closed. After a detailed conversation with the buyer we came up with a solid game plan and BAM CLEAR TO CLOSE in 6 days. A great lender is not just about the name on the building or the money spent to advertise and buy business. CFPB Finalizes Rule to Remove Medical Bills from Credit Reports
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) finalized a rule that will remove an estimated $49 billion in medical bills from the credit reports of about 15 million Americans. The CFPB’s action will ban the inclusion of medical bills on credit reports used by lenders and prohibit lenders from using medical information in their lending decisions.

Reflecting on a great 2024. It was my first full year as a broker with my own Branch for My Community Mortgage. Some learning curves but I know I am exactly where I am supposed to be. I am able to offer great loan products with lower rates and lower costs to my clients. I have helped many achieve the dream of homeownership some that did not have much savings so got them down payment money. I am truly a local small business and need the help of my people to help grow and continue to help people which for me is what it is all about. The goal for 2025 is to help at least 70 families. So to all my friends and family, please share my information with anyone looking to buy a home or refinance. I can tell you for certain they will be glad they did!!!
