Hopped on a flight to Seattle for two days at Guild’s 2026 Sales Rally ✈️

~200 loan officers. One very full notebook. And A LOT of energy. ⚡️

I’m leaving this week feeling more fired up than ever about this business and incredibly grateful to be part of a company that invests so heavily in its people.

The theme was Built for What’s Next 💪
And we definitely talked about what’s next.

Staying relevant. Leading change instead of waiting for it. Being adaptable. Following curiosity signals. Building authority. Making the ask. Auditing your business. And one of my favorite reminders: doing the thing is doing the thing. Not talking about it. Not planning it. Just doing it.

We also dove into expanded and non-QM solutions that can help more borrowers, especially self-employed buyers whose tax returns don’t always tell the full story. We talked about being a concierge-level partner, being a cultural ambassador for the agents and teams we work with, and creating an experience that makes people want to work with you again.

But maybe my biggest takeaway? Being YOU is the special sauce. Show up as yourself. Lean into what makes you different. Lead with conviction. Be someone people want to know. And don’t be afraid to think bigger! 10X is better than 2X… and apparently it’s easier, too. 😉

I was one of roughly 200 people in that room out of nearly 3,000 Guild loan officers nationwide, and I don’t take that opportunity lightly!

I’m so grateful to be surrounded by people who invest in themselves, want to get better, and genuinely want to do better!

And I’m especially excited to take all of this back to the people I care most about serving: my realtor partners, our buyers, and all of the incredible professionals who have a hand in making a real estate transaction happen.

Realtors. Builders. Inspectors. Appraisers. Title. CPAs. Accountants. Attorneys. Bankers. Insurance professionals. Photographers. Videographers. And everyone in between. Real estate is better when we’re all in it together. 🫶

So here’s to staying curious, doing the thing, bringing more solutions to the table, and being Built for What’s Next.
