James brings an exceptional depth of expertise to our team, with over 15 years of progressive leadership in residential mortgage operations and 12 years of senior-level compliance experience.

He is well-regarded for his expertise in building strong Compliance Management Systems (CMS), leading enterprise-wide regulatory implementations, ensuring alignment with complex state and federal requirements, and managing secondary market transactions such as whole loan sales and RMBS securitizations. His background also includes successfully navigating regulatory examinations, enhancing risk controls, and contributing to board-level governance.
