Last night at the Mary J. Blige concert was more than music.

Mary took a moment to honor mothers — the women who keep showing up, sacrificing, loving hard, and carrying pain quietly while still pouring into everyone else. Sometimes we wonder if anybody truly sees us… but last night felt like a reminder that we are seen.

Her story and resilience resonate with so many women because life hasn’t always been gentle to us either. Yet somehow, we still rise.

This past Friday, my team and I had the honor of attending the 30th Pan African Festival Afrocentric Ball at the Tubman Museum, and I was proud to be an official sponsor of such a powerful and meaningful event.

The energy in the room was amazing, and what made the night even more special was a surprise visit from my mom and grandmother. They were able to attend the ball with us, and it meant so much to share that experience across generations. 💛
