If you are a caregiver, create a plan to keep your loved one cool and safe. Also, make sure they drink plenty of water to prevent heat stroke and other heat-related illnesses.

Thanks again to Bibb Mt Zion Baptist Church and Macon Bibb County Recreation . We had a great day and out pouring of knowledge. Thanks to such a great partnership with BMZ we were able to feed and present gift cards to our participants! South Bibb Recreation Complex thanks for alowing us to host our workshop in your facilities. Also thanks to Realtor, Arizona Williams White for speaking to the class. We look forward to our next workshop and hope to see you there!
