Had the opportunity to spend the day volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in Columbus alongside a great group of fellow American Family agents. Always rewarding to step away from the office, roll up our sleeves, and help make a difference in a Nebraska community.

During my internship, I made outbound calls to past insured clients and individuals who had previously received quotes to generate leads and create new sales opportunities for the agency. Through this experience, I developed essential business and sales skills, including professional communication, active listening, asking effective questions, building relationships, and responding to customer needs.
