There has been a slight (but noticeable) uptick in distressed properties in all counties in the bay area. Good news, AB 2424 allows for the Trustee's Sale to be postponed for up to 85 days. You can help these owners!

- A signed listing agreement postpones the sale 45 days as of January 1, 2025
- The postponement can only be used one time
- There are over 250 Notice of Default properties in Santa Clara County, majority being in San Jose
