New home sales climbed 1.6% in June after slipping 2.0% and 4.3% in April and May. June’s annualized sales pace of 628,000 units is 7.4% below the 678.000-unit pace from 2025. Through the first half of 2026, sales are 5.2% below sales in the first half of 2025. The inventory of completed homes on the market stood at 118,000 units at the end of June, the same as its June 2025 inventory.

As we wrap up volleyball and baseball season, I’m especially looking forward to carving out some intentional family time!. Soaking in this final summer before my daughter starts high school and my son heads into his last year of elementary school.
