Buying a home is stressful enough. Feeling lost or uncertain during the process should not be part of it.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that not every loan file fits perfectly into a box. Family sales, gift of equity transactions, and unique financial situations require experience, communication, and a team that knows how to problem solve instead of giving up when things get complicated.
