As I close my own Chapter 26, this year was full of highs and lows. From promotions, to near death experiences, to winning the number 1 trophy in the company it reminded me that I’m grateful and blessed to be stressed.

18 year old me was fired as a server and prayed for times like these. I prayed for the opportunity to lead, to make an impact, and to mentor others.

Now, I’m living a life that 18 year old me could only pray for .

Grateful. Blessed.

Today is a special day here at Team 1T!
Ian and Thomas have officially been promoted from Associate Partner to Partner!

As a tradition, I’ve always gifted my Partners a suit on this special occasion.

To me, suits represent armor ,a symbol of the responsibility, leadership, and challenges they’re ready to take on in this next chapter.

I’m incredibly proud of these two gentlemen and everything they’ve accomplished. Excited to see them continue to grow, lead, and help take Team 1T to even greater heights.
