Full-circle moments hit different 🥹🏡

Dreaming of homeownership? With homes staying on the market longer, this could be an ideal time to buy. Longer days on market often give buyers more leverage to negotiate price and request seller concessions. Seller concessions are credits the seller provides to the buyer that can be used for closing costs, prepaids, or to permanently buy down the interest rate. We also offer a $10,000 grant for eligible buyers that can be applied to the down payment and/or closing costs—see details below. Highlights:
