First, a huge congratulations to Lauren Monger on six incredible years with Premier Title! Lauren has been with us since day one, and her loyalty, dedication and steady presence have helped shape PTG into the company we are today. Six years is an amazing accomplishment, and we are so thankful for everything she brings to our team!

When we receive a new contract or title order, our team will still personally call your clients to introduce ourselves and gather the information we need. That personal connection is not going anywhere.

However, we know clients cannot always stop to talk during a busy workday. Our new portal gives them another simple and convenient option. They will also receive a text and email allowing them to:

✅ Complete requested information when it is convenient
✅ Follow the progress of their closing
✅ Receive helpful updates throughout the process
✅ Access important closing details in one convenient place

Best of all, there is no username or password to create and remember. Clients can simply enter their email address to access their transaction.
