Today marks the anniversary of buying my very first investment property in Colorado Springs as a lost curious 2LT.

What started as one small step into real estate has grown—through consistency, sacrifice, and a lot of late nights—into a portfolio of 63 units. I’m grateful for every lesson learned along the way.

Veterans Day has always meant a lot to me. As someone who serves in the military and grew up knowing my grandfather proudly serve our country, I understand firsthand the sacrifice, commitment, and pride that come with putting on the uniform.

Today, I carry that same sense of service into my career as a loan officer — helping fellow service members and veterans use the VA home loan benefits they’ve earned.
