🏡 Is the rate the only thing to look at?

It's just one piece of the puzzle. 🧩

💰 Right now, some sellers in Texas may talk about price.

🤝 Some may also help with closing costs.

📈 Later, if lots of buyers come back, it may be harder to negotiate price.

🏠 And here's the big one: the price you buy at is the price you keep.

If rates drop lower, you may be able to refinance.

So look at the whole picture, not just the rate.
