I probably had at least 20 phone calls with her within one week and multiple text messages and emails and she responded swiftly and with the right information.

This one's a little trickier!

PITI stands for:

• Principal – Pays down the loan balance.
• Interest – The cost of borrowing money.
• Taxes – Property taxes that may be included in the monthly payment.
• Insurance – Homeowners insurance, and sometimes other required insurance.

When people talk about a monthly mortgage payment, they're often referring to the full PITI payment, not just the principal and interest.
