Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are replacing legacy appraisal forms with a single, dynamic appraisal report designed to improve consistency, efficiency and data quality across the industry.

Starting September 15, FLCBank will be ready to accept Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional appraisals in UAD 3.6 format.
We’ll continue accepting UAD 2.6 appraisals, but now is the time to start transitioning.
