Files must be **Final Approved/Ready for Docs by Thursday, September 3rd** to give our Closing team enough time to finalize and send documents before the holiday weekend.

Highlights include:

✔️ Unlimited cash-out refinance proceeds
✔️ Expanded qualification options, including business assets
✔️ Reduced reserve requirements
✔️ Up to 80% LTV on loan amounts up to $3.5 million

In observance of Independence Day, our offices will close at 2:00 PM ET on Friday, July 3rd.

Our Lock Desk will close at 2:00 PM ET on Thursday, July 2nd, and will remain closed throughout the day on Friday, July 3.
