After another lender couldn’t complete their investment property cash-out refinance, this self-employed borrower found us through Google.

Two veterans. A move to Jacksonville. A tight timeline. We got to work!
On October 11, Realtor Partner Judy Hooten called Linda with buyers who needed to close as quickly as possible. KW and GW were being stationed in Jacksonville and needed a place to call home.
