I have been an active mortgage professional since 1998. Under my mortgage licenses we have closed and funded over 5000 mortgage loans. As a former engineering student at University of Central Florida, I saw the importance and advantages of leveraging technologies to decrease the cost of loan origination and provide a streamlined mortgage point of sale system for our customers. of automation, in the 2005, we began the process of automating the mortgage loan process. We launched our first live online mortgage system in 2012. Since 2012, we have continued to adopt and improve our core mortgage application by automating mortgage insurance pricing, credit reporting data, multiple mortgage lenders loan programs and interest rates. EquiFund Mortgage is a trademarked online mortgage marketplace where homebuyers and homeowners can refinance or purchase a home online. With the advantage of automation, EquiFund's mortgage rates are typically 1% lower than most all lenders or banks.
