🏗️ CoreVest continued to build momentum across its residential real estate investor lending platform during the second quarter, funding $410 million and delivering 25% YTD growth in its small-balance products vs. the same period last year.
What this momentum means for real estate investors ⬇️
• Continued access to flexible capital across acquisition, renovation, construction, and rental strategies
• Growing financing activity for small-balance transactions
• Strong institutional capital partnerships that support reliable loan ex*****on and distribution
CoreVest’s Q2’26 performance reflects sustained demand from residential real estate investors seeking financing solutions that can support both individual projects and long-term portfolio growth.
CoreVest also completed a $268m term loan securitization with nearly 4x oversubscription, the first broadly syndicated term loan securitization since 2022. This, along with $2.6 billion in cumulative joint venture distributions, shows CoreVest remains focused on expanding access to capital and helping investors acquire, build, renovate, and operate residential properties.
