Because we had a combination of W-2 and self-employed income, our loan process was a little more complex, but Ed made everything feel manageable from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient in helping us navigate all of the requirements and paperwork.
Ed was communicative every step of the way. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered every question we had, and always made us feel like a priority. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone we trusted guiding us through the financing side made such a difference.
