Last week, we hosted our 2026 Annual Investor Appreciation Event surrounded by the people who make everything we do worth it. Our investors.

The night featured a live panel with our CEO Chris Boulter and President Jeff LaMotte alongside attorneys T. Robert Finlay and Lindsay Dragon of Wright, Finlay & Zak, LLP, covering everything from foreclosure timelines to California legislation and investor protections. Then Dr. Christopher Thornberg of Beacon Economics took the room on a deep dive into the real estate market and economic outlook – as only he can.
