Our office AC has decided to take an unscheduled break, and given the current heatwave, sitting through it isn't an option!

Our team is transitioning to work from home while we wait for a new replacement coil for our unit. We expect everything to run smoothly, but please give us a little grace as we adjust temporarily. All our usual channels (email, phone, and messaging) remain fully operational, so don't hesitate to reach out!

💕 We finally get to officially introduce Sarah Quinton, our Renewal Specialist!

This is one of those roles that is pretty unique to our agency, and we are SO proud of what it has become.

We wanted our clients to have an actual place to land when their renewal comes up not just another person answering the phone, but someone who already knows it’s coming, has reviewed it, and is ready to help.

That’s Sarah. 🙌🏼

With Belle helping her behind the scenes, Sarah is working through our upcoming renewals every single day, reviewing changes, looking at options and making sure our clients are being taken care of before they ever have to ask. And, it has made a HUGE difference. ❤️

Sarah’s office is right next to our merch wall, she loves when clients stop in, and she’s already decided the merch is basically hers to hand out. 😂
