She was always very responsive and was able to explain any questions that I had. Even if she wasn't able to speak immediately, she would send me a message to let me know she would call me back shortly. She was a pleasant person to talk to, and made me feel welcome on a personal level. When we had an issue with an appraiser, I felt like she helped fight for what was right. It's always a bonus to know you have someone in your corner. I would 100% recommend Theresa to any of my friends and family!
