Today I’m excited to spotlight Alex D'Allaird with LIV Sotheby's International Realty in Boulder.
Alex brings a thoughtful and genuine approach to real estate, with a strong focus on communication, relationships, and finding the right resources for his clients. His goal is to make the buying and selling process feel less stressful and more enjoyable, while always working to negotiate the best possible deal for the people he represents.
With a particular passion for mountain properties and acreage, Alex brings a unique perspective to Colorado real estate. But what really stands out is the way he connects with people. He is down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping his clients feel confident throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Alex enjoys songwriting, rock climbing, and chess, and he has a passion for finding ways to make a positive impact on environmental issues, particularly around water quality.
