I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Appalachian State University in 1994. I spent a couple of years thereafter in Park City, Utah where I worked in property management yet specialized in outdoor recreation! I moved to Asheville in 1999 and upon passing my Series 7 Securities Examination worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant. I began my mortgage career in 2001 and was the Top Producer for Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services from 2003-2011. In August of 2012 I joined Acopia Home Loans. I am still in Asheville today; living with my wife of seventeen years, two active sons, and beautiful daughter. I enjoy fishing, traveling, hiking, snow skiing and coaching Youth Basketball.
