In fact, if you’re only talking to one lender, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

Why? Because one of our clients was told they could only qualify for a $700,000 home. After getting a second opinion with My City and exploring their options with our team, they were able to purchase the $1,000,000 home they actually wanted.
