Mortgage rates remain near their best levels in weeks and this is a big week for the markets with Wednesday’s Fed decision followed by Thursday’s key inflation and economic data. The Fed is widely expected to hold steady this week ahead of the midterm elections but expectations of a potential hike at its final meeting of 2026 in December could create some volatility.

2 DAYS. CLEAR TO CLOSE and CLOSED 13 DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. 🏡🎉

We helped our buyers close very quickly on their new home!

On their purchase, we received an appraisal waiver and the buyers and sellers were able to agree to move the closing date up 13 days from the original purchase contract date.

Even better, we were able to get the loan Cleared to Close in just 2 days!

A lot of good communication, preparation and teamwork went into making this happen and it was great to help everyone get to the finish line a little sooner than expected.

Another reminder of why having a solid plan and a responsive lending team can make such a difference.
