Sitting here reflecting on the different seasons of life and where God has taken me and what I’ve done with it❤️ I have been involved with the women’s prison ministry for almost two years , we get to go in and bring Gods word, love and hope to these hurting women. I’ve never asked them why they are in, I don’t really want to know, I’m not there to judge! All the trials of my life including my daughter’s death I have been able to help others, it’s what you choose to do with the pain is what matters. Two roads…one is let it destroy you or the other is use it because there is many who need to hear your story and they can relate and that might be just what they need to be pulled up out of the shadow of death!
Yesterday we baptized many women but one in particular has not left my mind, when we raised her up out of the water she began to cry, not just tears but a hard release cry… reminded me of Matthew 3:16–17: Mark 1:9–11, Luke 3:21–22, and John 1:32–34.
