A banker asked me why anyone would use a commercial broker. 👇

Here are 5 reasons:

1. Rates and the economy are hard to read. Shopping your terms matters.
2. Banks merge. The team making loan calls can change overnight.
3. People leave, and your relationship can leave with them.
4. Credit boxes tighten. Last year’s yes can be today’s no.
5. One bank may not offer what your deal needs.

A strong bank relationship is worth keeping. Having other options means you’re never stuck when that bank can’t get it done.
