Key Distinctions:
This is NOT a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)—Borrowers receive all cash upfront, with no line of credit for future draws. It is not a short-term financing option for use in less than 12 months.
Structure
Standalone second liens only;
No piggyback transactions 10, 15, 20, and 30-year fixed-rate terms.
Primary residences and second homes only.
Homeowner's Insurance.
Requirement -
You'll need proof of existing coverage.
Appraisal - Full appraisals are required.
Minimum Fico Score - 680
