My morning is not interesting. Same three things before most people are awake, and one of them is going through every file that moved overnight.

That is the whole trick. There is no secret to it. I do not have an internal governor and I do not know how to slow down, so the work gets done early and nobody has to chase me for an update at four in the afternoon.

Most lenders can process a VA loan. Far fewer can tell you what it actually does for you.

I used my own entitlement, including buying a house sight unseen while I was stationed overseas, so this one is not theory for me. The piece people miss is not the down payment. It is what the entitlement lets you do again later, and how that changes what your next move looks like three years from now.

If you are PCSing in and nobody has walked you through yours properly, save this and send it to them. 📌
